CAM-4900-SW Single Cycle Benchtop Capping Machine

Single Cycle Benchtop Cappers

The CAM-4900-SW Capping Machine is an efficient, maintenance-free benchtop capper for low to mid-production requirements. The unit cycles at 43 strokes per minute at 60 Hz and 36 strokes per minute when the line frequency is 50 Hz (50 Hz motors are available upon request.) Its dual voltage motor permits operation with either 120 or 240 VAC input. The proven performance of Swan-Matic benchtop Capping Machines begins with a reliable design backed by sturdy machine components. Those components are assembled, placed in a sealed housing and the drive train is submersed in gear oil. Swan-Matic capping machines are recognized world-wide for quality and reliability.

The CAM-5000-SW Capper is an efficient, maintenance-free benchtop capper for low to mid-production closures that require compression rather than twisting.

CAM-5012-SW - 120 Volts

CAM-5024-SW - 240 Volts

The CAM-6000-SW Benchtop Capper is an efficient, maintenance-free benchtop capper. With 57 strokes per minute at 60 Hz and 48 strokes at 50 Hz, productivity is improved and a close tolerance on measured applied torque is maintained.
