Our FRI-4000 Series inline pump filling machines easily handle a wide range of container sizes, fill volumes and product types. This filler is used for filling creams, gels and lotions these fillers also fill water thin and heavy paste products. Some of the products this machine easily fills are cosmetic creams, heavy sauces, thick shampoo and hair conditioners, honey, hair gels, paste cleaners, and car wax. With simple tool-less cleaning and our PLC control system, product changeover is fast and easy making these our most versatile fillers.

The FRI-4000 Automatic Pump Fillwe is built with a heavy duty 304 stainless steel frame. All contact parts are made of food grade materials. With our advanced Touch Screen PLC control system, you can easily set up multiple fill stages to match the filler with your specific product characteristics. For example, one filling stage could initiate the filling process at a slow, controlled speed to minimize material splashing and then rapidly increase fill speed for optimum through-put and finally reduce fill speed for a slow, controlled fill top-off to complete the filling cycle.

We work closely with you to make sure that each filler will perform to your expectations. We can match the FRI-4000 with almost any filling task with 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 fill heads, a selection of pumps, valves and fittings and automation options to fit this filling machine into an existing line or as a key component of a new production line.
