Automatic Overflow Filling Machine for Packaging Corrosive Products Like Bleach or Acids

Our new FRO-8000-AP Automatic Pressure Overflow Filling Machine is engineered to fill harsh or corrosive products. The entire fluid path resists corrosion, from the 60 gallon per minute polypropylene pump to the PVC check valve. It's built on a heavy duty, welded 304 Stainless steel C frame, mounted on 4 heavy duty casters with 1" 304 stainless leveling screws. We designed this filling machine to be flexible, with an Omron PLC control and calibrated guide for fast height changeovers. Both nozzle stroke and nozzle spacing are fully adjustable. The base filling machine handles 8 nozzles but can easily be expanded to 20 nozzles for faster filling production.
The FRO-8000 is a durable filling machine for filling a wide range of corrosive or aggressive products such as acid solutions like etching chemicals, lime and calcium removers, pH lowering, vinegar, citric concentrates, bleaches, brine solutions and more. Like any of our machines, the FRO-8000 can also be designed for exterior corrosion resistance in environments where even the air in the plant can shorten the life of your equipment.
