If you are filling bottles with cleaning chemicals, there are several considerations that will determine the correct type of filling machine to use.

The first is the viscocity of your product. Water thin products may be easily filled with gravity filling equipment, Thicker products, with a consistency of creams or lotions, will require a pump filler or piston filling machine. For paste products, choose piston fillers.

The second consideration is the type and variety of container you are filling. If you use the same machine to fill a variety of sized containers, pump fillers will give you the most flexibility. If you are filling a transparent container, and having the fill level the same in each container, you will need and overflow filler.
