Bottle Capping Machines

Our CAA-6000 is a 6 spindle, 3 station screw capper for liquid packaging and bottling lines has been designed from the ground up to be flexible and durable. It will work with most containers and caps including flat caps, sport caps, metal lids and many others. It’s built on a heavy duty, tig welded, stainless steel frame with anodized aluminum plate construction to provide durability in almost any packaging environment.

Designed for automatic capping of HDPE / PP bottles with plastic, pre-threaded caps at up to 2,700 bottles per hour. This capping machine features electronic components by Siemens, motors and gears by Motovario and pneumatics by Festo. Complete with mechanical caps sorter with photocells for automatic control of caps presence, starwheel with 10 positions and microswitch to automatically stop the machine in case of problems, to avoid bottle damage and loss of product.

The CAA-6100-AP Automatic Bottle Cap Tightener is fully adjustable for caps from 8 mm to 110 mm in diameter and container heigths from 1 to 14 inches. Construction features a heavy duty 304 Stainless steel welded C frame with stainless steel top and bottom belt plates. No change parts needed for a wide range of containers.

The CAA-8000-AP Rotary Chuck Capping Machine is a fully automatic, capping machine with cap pick up and placement assemblies. The machine configuration allows left-hand or right-hand flow with production rates up to 125 BPM per minute. Uncapped containers are supplied to the capper infeed worm by the supplied conveyor.

This vial capping machine is suitable for batch and high speed continuing produce multi-head capping machine that is ideal equipment for pharmaceutical production lines. With compact structure, easy operation, high capacity and low breakage ratio, it is the ideal product to replace the older generation machines.
