Dear Mr. Cannon:

I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how satisfied we are with not only our new capping machine, but with our salesperson, Gene Olsen.

We own a VERY small water bottling facility in Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies. We have been doing everything by hand, including labeling, bottling and capping. Due to some increased sales, we decided to give our hands a break and purchase a capper. I investigated over the Internet, and came up with your company along with some competitors. The next step was to contact salespeople.

After receiving a return phone call from Gene, we knew we wanted to do business with your company. You see, I had been a salesperson for 25 years in the states, and service was what put me apart from others. I saw that in Gene right from the start. Although he will never retire off of our sale, he treated our order as if is was a large order. I respect that, because one never knows if that small order will someday become a large order.

We are moving facilities in a few months, and hope to upgrade even more, and I will no longer be looking on the Internet for companies who sell bottling equipment. My first and only call will be to Mr. Olsen.

Again, we are a very small business, but feel as though we received A-1 service!

In a world where everyone is in a hurry and sales "relationships" seem to be gone, Mr. Olsen has restored my faith in salespeople. He not only helped us with answers to our many questions, he made suggestions that helped us also. Gene also took it upon himself to make sure we had enough supplies (chuckers) to last awhile, as he knew we could not get anything here on island. And when it shipped to our onward freight company, he let me know so I could contact the shipper.

Today, he called to follow up on our new capper, and we told him how pleased we are with it!

But...I wanted you to know that you have a wonderful salesperson. Kudos to your training staff, and also to you. One cannot be a good salesperson, without good leadership.
