Overflow Filling Machines

A Packaging Systems manufactures overflow filling machines for every bottle filling and liquid packaging application. Overflow fillers are typically used for bottling of consumer products where all of the bottles appear to have the same amount of liquid product regardless of the variations in the container. We have both automatic overflow filling mchines and semi-automatic fillers.

Our overflow fillers are used in many industries including: bottling of water, juice, sport drinks and tea; in food packaging for salsa, sauces, honey, soups and gravy; filling of chemical and cleaning products; automotive products including lubricating oil, waxes, polishes, and anti-freeze; cosmetic packaging such as shampoo, liquid soap, creams, lotions and gels; and, pharmaceutical packaging of ointments, syrups and other over-the-counter liquid medicine.
