All controls are solid state to assure accurate control of seal heat, seal time and cool time. Feed-thru design allows removal of the sealed tubes from either end.

The TUE-1750-AL Single Tube Sealer with Temperature Control is ideal for laboratories, research facilities, R&D and quality control groups. The unit is economical, safe and very easy to use. Other applications include sealing of small bags, generally medical in nature and minimal production runs.

The TUF-1000-VG, automatic tube filler and sealer, is designed to fill plastic tubes with all kinds of semi-viscous and viscous products. It is commonly used to fill pharmaceutical ointments and lotions, food products with a thick consisty, cosmetics creams and chemicals like adhesives and caulk.
